Embark on an epic journey along Poland’s eastern frontier with Wschód 1200, the longest segment of the Polish Bike Tour series. This self-supported ultra-cycling marathon challenges riders to traverse some of the country’s most remote and picturesque regions, from the Baltic coast to the Bieszczady Mountains.
Route Highlights:
•Start: Depart from ERGO Arena in Gdańsk, breathing in the fresh sea air as you follow the coastline.
•Warmia and Masuria: Navigate through the wild forests and serene lakes of these enchanting regions.
•Podlasie: Explore the mysterious corners of this area, with chances to encounter the majestic European bison.
•Roztocze and Polesie: Experience Poland’s most pristine natural environments, where nature thrives undisturbed.
•Bieszczady Mountains: Conclude your adventure amidst the majestic peaks and meadows, finishing in the heart of Sanok.
Surface Composition:
•65% asphalt, cobblestone, and hardened roads
•35% gravel, forest paths, and singletrack

Participant Requirements:
To complete the course within the 174-hour limit, riders should aim to cover an average of approximately 166 km per day, maintaining a minimum overall speed (including stops and rest) of 6.9 km/h.
